Ferryland Cartoon Illustration

Dave Ferry has been an illustrator for over 10 years doing humorous illustrations for ad agencies, corporations and publications.

   Emphasizing the foibles of "The Everyman" in his unique style, Dave has spent his most recent time applying his talents to projects that are done for only one purpose...his love for showing the human condition through cartooning.

   Dave's recent cartoon book "Loose Threads: Observations of Life from the Slow Lane..." was chosen the Silver Medal Award winner for the category Graphic Novel/Drawn Book - Humor/Cartoon category of the 14th annual Independent Publishers Book Awards (IPPY). Over 3,000 entries from across the world were submitted for judging.

   The award was presented May 25th, 2010 at the 14th Annual IPPY Awards Ceremony and Reception held in NYC.
